1. Welcome to PaperDesk!
To start your first notebook, tap the + icon in the top right of the main screen. Here, you can choose from five colors for your notebook. Instead of creating a new notebook, you may also import a PDF files that have been added to PaperDesk through iTunes, or link your Dropbox account and import PDFs from it. The full version offers an unlimited number of notebooks. The Lite version allows 3 notebooks, each with 3 pages, at any given time.
2. Stay Organized
To make a new folder, tap the + button shaped like a transparent folder, and give it a name. To move a notebook into a folder, tap the mini folder icon on the notebook, and choose which folder you would like to place it in.
You may also change the title or color of a notebook by tapping the “i” info button on the notebook.

The tool allows you to selectivley clear just text, just drawings, or both text an drawings from an entire page in two taps!
Need to delete an entire page?
New in version 3.0, simply tap the Delete Page button, and the current page will be removed, and a new, bank page will be turned into place.

Notebooks can be emailed, exported to iTunes, uploaded to Google Docs or Dropbox, printed to an AirPrint printer, Tweeted, or sent to another app on your iPad. Once a notebook has been emailed, or exported, it will be made available via app file sharing through iTunes
To get started, tap the bookmark icon (blue folder with a bookmark). A popup is displayed showing all current bookmarks in your notebook, along with the option to add a new bookmark. The default bookmark title is the date and time. However, tapping the title box will show the keyboard and allow you to name the bookmark. Tap the + icon to add the bookmark, and it will display in the table below. Tapping a bookmark with flip the current view to the bookmarked page in seconds, rather than having to flip the many pages manually. You can delete a bookmark by swipping across it and tapping the delete button. At the bottom of the bookmark popup, you can also quickly swipe through every page in your notebook using the page slider.

New in version 4, you can choose to automatically backup your notes to Dropbox daily or weekly. In the event something happened to your iPad or your notes, you would just have to tap the Restore from Dropbox button. Additionally, PaperDesk can also automatically generate PDFs of your notebooks every time you change them, and keep them up to date on Dropbox so you can always be sure you have the latest information available on all your devices.
Uploading your entire collection of note to a safe and secure server could not be easier. Even better, the service is totally free with purchase of the full version of PaperDesk! To sync your notes, first signup for an account. Once you have an account, open PaperDesk, and click the sync button in the upper right. Enter your credentials and wait for the upload to finish. Once your credentials have been verified, PaperDesk will remember them for future syncs. You can then access synced notes online at any time at www.myPaperDesk.com New in version 3.0, your entire database is backed up, and can be restored from your myPaperDesk account.
